  1. A wonderful refutation written by Ibn Al-Jawzi the Hanbali and translated as the “Attributes of God” by Sidi Abdullah ibn Hamid. It can be purchased here. This works represents the creed of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and exposes the tajsim and heresy of some of the Hanbalis.
  2. Another great work was recently translated by Sidi Abdullah ibn Hamid called “A Return to Purity in Creed”, a work by Imam Al-Ghazzali. It can be purchased here.
  3. Ibn Jahbal’s refutation of Ibn Taymiyyah translated as: “A Refutation of Him Who Attributes Direction to Allah (SWT)” trans. by Sidi G.f. Haddad.
  4. Sidi G.f. Haddad has written and translated smaller works pertaining to creed that are of immense benefit: The Belief of the People of Truth by Ibn Abdus-Salam, Allah (SWT)’s Names and Attributes by Imam Al-Bayhaqi, Correct Islamic Doctrine of Ibn Khafif.
